SOCCER FUNDRAISING:
Richmond Warhawks Athletics was formed to provide home schooled athletes with the ability to play and compete at the juniors, middle school, junior varsity and varsity levels. At this time, our soccer program will be fielding a total of five (5) teams: peewee, juniors, middle school, girls varsity and boys varsity.
We have seen an increase in participation which is great, but we have also seen an increase in the cost of insuring our student athletes. To offset these costs and to assist our families with out-of-pocket expenses, the Richmond Warhawks offers two opportunities: Kroger Rewards Program, Seasonal Roots, Amazon Smile and Business Sponsorships.
KROGER REWARDS PROGRAM
Contribute to Warhawks Soccer when you shop for your family at Kroger!
Step 1: Obtain a Kroger Plus Card for discounted prices at Kroger. Register with the Kroger Rewards Program, and Kroger will donate to the team! Obtain a Kroger Plus Card at the customer service desk at any Kroger.
STEP 2: Register your card with Richmond Warhawks Athletics.
Click on Sign In/Register
Most participants are new online customers, so they must click on SIGN UP TODAY in the ‘New Customer?’ box.
Sign up for a Kroger Rewards Account by entering zip code, clicking on favorite store, entering your email address and creating a password, agreeing to the terms and conditions
You will then get a message to check your email inbox and click on the link within the body of the email.
Click on My Account and use your email address and password to proceed to the next step.
Click on Edit Kroger Community Rewards information and input your Kroger Plus card number.
Update or confirm your information.
Enter NPO number (83654) or name of organization (Spirit Athletics # 83654), select organization from list and click on confirm.
To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see your organization’s name on the right side of your information page.
REMEMBER, purchases will not count for your group until after your member(s) register their card(s).
Do you use your phone number at the register? Call 800-576-4377, select option 4 to get your Kroger Plus card number.
Members must swipe their registered Kroger Plus card or use the phone number that is related to their registered Kroger Plus card when shopping for each purchase to count.

Go to smile.amazon.com and then login to your account. And follow the instructions about setting up your account. Spirit Athletics is the third option down when you search for your Charity of choice.

Business sponsorships provide a wonderful source for funding, while also allowing local businesses to advertise!
Families
For every $100 a student athlete brings in by selling a sponsorship to a local business, $50 will be deducted from his or her registration fees.

We ask that our local businesses consider one of the following sponsorship opportunities to help Richmond Warhawks Soccer. Your support helps provide these children with the opportunity to compete in our soccer programs this year. Your generosity helps with expenses such as referees, tournament registrations, uniforms, equipment, and field fees, paint for lines, and more when we are not able to find facilities that we can use for free.
All donations and sponsorships are tax deductible and greatly appreciated. As a sign of appreciation for you, all sponsors will be listed on the team banner that will be displayed at all games.
